Best way to ask a girl to hang out with you

Hi,

guys. What’s the best way to ask a girl online to hang out with me.

A) Ask her if she wants to hang out and then decide together what to do. (e.g. Hey, wanna hang out?)
B) Ask when she’s free and then ask if she likes XY. (e.g. Hey, when are you free?
C) Ask if she likes XY and then ask when she is free (e.g, Hey, do you like watching movies?)
D) Suggest doing XY and then ask her when she is free. (e.g. Let’s go to that café!)
E) Ask when she is free and then suggest doing XY. (e.g. Are you free tomorrow?
F) Suggest doing XY and suggest a date at the same time. (e.g. Let’s go to that café tomorrow)
G) Asking her opinion (e.g what do you think about….)

Any other better options?
