Flirting with Married woman at work

I have been working in a day centre for 9 months where I come into contact with a freelance hairdresser twice a week. She is 41 yrs old and has been showing signs of interest ( talking with me, touching my arm occasionally while chatting and kissing me on the cheek at Xmas time). She also recently cut my hair free of charge. Unfortunately she happens to be married with kids to a 60 yrs old guy. This is her 2nd marriage.
I do not know how to escalate things and have hit a brick wall as to what to do.
I don’t want to break up a marriage but maybe just have a bit of fun which she might also want.
I’m probably going to leave this job in 3 months. Any advice?

Well, first you have to find out if she is really interested. Try to mimic her like you said (touching my arm occasionally while chatting and kissing me on the cheek at Xmas time) do the same with her. Most probably start off with the touch. If she likes the approach, she would give you the right signal if she has interest.

    Dear Londonguy,

    Go with your honourable instinct.

You can help or hurt this ditzy dame’s marriage. Do you want to bugger her kid’s lives up by contributing to her 2nd divorce?

Take the high road fella, and leave her be.

Well I wouldn’t want to ruin a marriage or affect her kids lives. I also wouldn’t trust ANYONE who cheats. She may just be flirty, that may just be her personality, might not mean that she wan’ts a relationship anyway.
