    Is Coworker Into Me?

I have been working with this girl for about three years now. For the first couple of years, it was mainly just “hello”, and we didn’t really interact at all. Last December things took a bit of a twist, and she started hanging out in my office, sometimes for a half an hour or more. The talk was mainly chit chat, nothing too serious. It kind of died down in the New Year, I was busy with projects and I guess she was busy too. Then a couple of months ago she started showing up again, and now our conversations are a bit more personal; about family, things that have happened in the past. I’ve caught her looking at me during meetings on a few occasions now, and she’s always quick to offer me help, and comes to over other people for assistance. Just last week, the IT guy was fixing her computer, and she came to me when he had to go deal with something else, and she came to me.

I’ve also seen some evidence of flirting, hair twirling, leaning, adjusting her clothes. Am I imagining things?

She could very possibly be interested. I would suggest you just ask her out before she gets bored with trying to show you her interest. And besides, you have nothing to lose by simply asking her out.
