Just got dumped, but not because of a fight; how to win her back?

Hey, I just got broken up by my (now) ex-girlfriend and I’m really devastated about it. It was pretty sudden, there wasn’t much that lead up to it. We never get into fights, we don’t argue about anything, and we’re really great together (people told us that we were the best couple they’ve ever seen). The reason why she did broke up with me was because she was “losing feelings” and that I “deserved someone better;” it didn’t end with a fight or anything, just her saying that she couldn’t feel the same way that she did before. Since she didn’t break up with me on a bad note, just a negative note towards herself and her feelings fading, I feel like I still have a chance with her, and I’ve looked for advice about “winning your ex back,” but all of them assume that you broke up because you got in a big fight. My case is not the same. I’m probably going to deactivate my Facebook for a while and then reactivate in a few weeks, but is there anything I could do to win her heart back?

Playing devils advocate just slightly here… it sounds as if your relationship was boring because you ‘never argue about anything’. Getting on well together does not indicate emotional passionate erotic charge.

She said you deserve someone better as a polite way of saying that you’re a ‘good guy’ i.e. boring and she’s a bad girl i.e. likes more high octane adrenaline, adventure, decadence.

I would not pursue her. She sounds like she is no longer interested in you (sorry) and that happens. I would move forward with your life.
