I’ve Been Looking for a Date for Three Years. Can You Help?

Reader Question:

I have been looking for three years and no luck yet. I think after 60 it is extremely difficult to find a decent date. I have heard that grocery stores are a good place to meet. What a bunch of bull.

I have tried many dating sites, but the women I send a message to never respond back. Please help if possible.

Dr. Wendy Walsh’s Answer:

Stop looking and start living. Create a happy fulfilled life with a variety of relationships — with family members, with friends and with co-workers. It is communities of people who nurture and support relationships, not isolated dating sites.

Surround yourself with a community. Be a good friend. Find interest in life.
