Am I taking it too slow, or am I just doing it wrong?

    Hello, people.
It’s the first time when I post, but I could really use some advice.
It seems like every time I get close to a girl, she apparently loses her interest. I don’t know why.
At the beginning, things are really nice, we hang out, we laugh, I always make them laugh. I’m always nice to them….
I’m always nice to everybody, even strangers, so I guess I’m even nicer to them.
I’m a honest guy, I’m not shallow, I never want to seem someone that I’m not, I never make them feel weird or so, I work out.
Of course, I know I sometimes make mistakes, but I’m not afraid to admit them, and I usually make up for them.
But it seems that, at some point, they kinda lose interest in me, like they don’t want to talk anymore, they don’t want
    to hang out.
I know that I like to take things slow, but I think that I may deserve more than a few weeks. I know I take my time before
making a move, but I let them know that I’m interested, and I make them feel wanted.
