Ask her out for coffee, not a date just yet. You’ll want to meet her face to face so you both are more comfortable with each other. Asking someone out on Facebook isn’t the best idea, it has backfired on me several times.

Yes face to face would be better but if she really likes you she will probably say yes even though you asked her trough fb 🙂

Maybe just chat a little first and then see if she’d be interested in meeting

invite her out first next time your going out with your friends to bowling or to the cinema etc ask her if she and a couple of her friends would like to go with you, just because you get along with her online doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get along in person.

Ask her out in real life. A lot of women do not take men seriously if you ask them out online or via text. Even over the phone is kind of weak in my opinion. It’s OK to set up a date online, but express your intentions in person. It’s much better.

Agree with the above, ask about doing something innocent that you would both enjoy to get to know her better. Then if things go well, you will be in a much better position to go further and ask her out more formally.

Do not do it, you will most likely look like a creep.
