Drop him. He’s needy, moving too fast, and honestly a little creepy. If you really like him, back off and don’t talk to him until he reaches out to you. Play hard to get. But honestly, it’s probably best to let this one go if you’re not too attached yet.

That was the goal and once achieved it was time to move on. I’ve been around guys who do this sort of thing and was always amazed at their lack of morality and empathy for the ‘target” they inevitably hurt. As a student in psychology/sociology though, it was a great learning experience in the university milieu.
I am not your daddy, but why hit the sack on the first date and at his mom’s place? Have a few non-sexual interactions beforehand. You will know the character of the individual better. If he is still in a “head over heels” mode afterwards, then by all means have unbridled sex with him.
