Kinda long story but i met for the second time a girl i hooked up with months back. It was just casual last time and yesterday it was a full date, or was suppose to be, until i asked her this-
‘I know this sounds kinda sleazy but do you wanna go meet my dog?’
Meaning u wanna go back to my place? My dog had been a topic earlier so it wasn’t such a random question. But she said no and ditched me soon after. Stopped talking to me then started flirting with other guys! Of course i came home alone to my dog.
She pretty much did 180 on me after that question and i need to know if that line was that offensive, or it couldve been other things that turned her off.
Lets not forget tho her ditching me like that was also very rude.

Everyone is different.
What may have offended her wouldn’t offend someone else.
Maybe it creeped her out? Or thought it was a strange question.
Either way, it’s best to just move on.

Did you hook up with her at your place before? I’m guessing not. Chances are you were just merely a hookup and she didn’t want to get that far as to go to your place or she might have been scared to follow you to your place. If you don’t know her that well, then I feel like it would be the latter. If you know her well then probably the first.
