On a business trip I met an amazing woman that works for one of my clients. We really hit it off and we just “get” each other. I connect with her in a way that I typically don’t with women. We’re both single and dating other people but she has made it very clear that she wants to be more than friends. I don’t do long distance relationships and I don’t date my clients’ employees because it’s a huge conflict of interest. We discussed why we couldn’t date when we first met so she knows how I feel about this but of course logic doesn’t stop someone from developing feelings. I need to turn her down very gently because I don’t want to make things awkward. How can I do this?

Simple my friend cut down on the interaction with her and dont call or text or hang with her unless its buisness

Be honest with her again. Don’t just leave her hanging
