I have been in a long distance relationship which has gone south. /i am now trapped in the friend zone and i don’t like it. I don’t want to hear about her new boyfriends , playmates or fw benefits. She left me and married someone else . she loved me at one time and yet sometimes i feel like she always loved her husband most. Anyway we are currently having problems in or friendship because i don’t want to constantly hear about her new boyfriends or give her advice about them. i feel that i have boundaries now and even as a friend a good friend.do i still have feelings for her that run deep yes. i thought we were going to get married . anso i held on and now most of the time it just hurts. she says that i use things against our relationship like these other men that she expects me to just be a rug and give her all the answers on how to be good to them and understand men. i have mixed feelings about it . i feel like a floormat. is there anyway to be positive ? any suggestions?

I would say either change the topics or don’t stay in contact any more
