I would say depends on the situation, but most online daters who are worth meeting are not going to waste too long before meeting because its the meet that determines things for most people. When you meet someone in person it must of course always be in a public neutral place, and don;t meet anyone who suggests otherwise.

Coming from someone with experience in waiting too long, DONT WAIT. You need to meet face to face as soon as you can. I wasted an entire year of my life on someone who I couldnt get along with because we only texted for over a year.

Uh.. I’ve met 4 past relationships offline in my earlier years, and it was about 1-2 weeks before we met, so i knew i was sure who i was meeting in a public place, and i took a friend with me. don’t wait too long, they’ll lose interest and get bored. you can always google them or verify a facebook/IG page to know if they’re really a person and not a scam.
