So I’d been dating this man that I met 2 months ago. He pursued me hard and fast. A couple weeks ago out of the blue he says he wants to break up because I’m too religious, totally out of the blue. It hurts and makes me question everything that happened and feel like a dummy. If he was interested in a relationship he would have communicated his concerns to work it out. I think he was just scared. All that aside… how do I stop thinking about him? I’m an over thinker and we spent hours talking every day so filling my time has been tough. I just miss him and don’t know how to ease the burden on mi tortured brsin. Help me please!

If you want to stop thinking about your ex then first think he was not made for you and find some other guys who really respects you and understands your feelings who accepts you as you are. you can find someone who is of your interest where you can judge him before meeting by talking online.

Find a new hobby! Go out with your friends. Put yourself first. Put a hot outfit on and take yourself on a date. Love and respect yourself. Distraction is a huge help too!

some things just take time. i thought about somebody every other conscious thought after we quit talkng … .. even when i met somebody waaaay hotter, i couldnt get interested. it took me about 9 months to finally accept that neither one of us were going to reach out to each other. now, after a year, i avoid checking my gmail because i dont want there to be a message from her. it has been too much time and i am finally empty. i am free at last.
