So I (a guy) recently started college and made two best friends (both girls). Us three literary do everything together, movies, dinners, etc. We have a shit ton of inside jokes and all get along extremely well its pretty awesome. But the reason I ever approached them was bc I was attracted to one of them, and then as I met her and her friend I found an unexpected, genuine friendship. For a while, just being friends satisfied me, but lately the more I get to know her and hang out with her, the more I like her. Idk if she feels the same way or not, and even if she did I’m scared that it might ruin the friendship in the long run should things go ill. I’ve never met anyone like her though, sometimes I wish I could meet her again under different circumstances. What should I do?

If I was in your position I would ask to hang out with this chick alone. It seems like you spend a lot of time with both of the girls which isn’t a bad thing but if you’ve set your sights on one of them, the group hangout can get tricky. I would get her somewhere alone like a coffee shop or whatever and just ask her how she feels about you. I know it can be intimidating but you won’t find out for sure any other way. If she seems hesitant then just say if it doesn’t work out then we can continue being friends. Nothing pisses off a chick more than when a trusted guy friend only hangs out with her because he wants to date her and then if she doesn’t reciprocate, he leaves. If it doesn’t work out and she’s really cool, she may even be your wingwoman! Either way it sounds like a pretty tight friendship with both chicks and it seems to mean a lot to you so don’t make the mistake of making her think that it doesn’t.
