    Late Night Drinks?!?!

I met a guy at a 3 day 2 night lake wedding this weekend, we were both part of the wedding party. Chemistry, yes, oozing. I’m a classy broad so no hook ups for me, but I do know a little drunk smooching went on between him and one of the only other single ladies there. No big deal, he had no chance with me so go fish.

Anyway, I ended up contacting him after the wedding and thanked him for his help, tossed in a flirtatious comment and mentioned a concert coming up this wednesday. Turns out he’s leaving the country that day to see his bother in Germany. So this afternoon he asked me if I’d be up for late night drinks and sushi tomorrow after his errands before he leaves. I said sure, I’m thinking 8:30-9… Nope 10pm.

Am I walking into a booty call? Or is this guy actually interested and wants to see me again before he leaves for 10 days? I’m 32 and I’ve never been in this situation.

Will he be coming back or is he leaving the country for good? I have heard late night dates can be code for something else in a guy’s eyes. If you go tomorrow you will soon know his intentions and from his body language if he wants to see you again. I know weddings can prompt people’s longing for a relationship so who knows.

As Claire says, it is early to know exactly what are his intentions, but, at least he is trying to know you so there is nothing to worry about 🙂

just go with it. Take a risk. Sometimes in life you need to do and not think and see how it takes you

Who knows what his intentions are, but you don’t want to let what could be a great opportunity go
