    My Mom Hates My Girlfriend

Me and my girlfriend have been together for about a month now. She has already met my parents and things went well. My mom liked her and said she was welcome any time. We are both seniors in high school so our time together isn’t as much as we may like. So I made the rash decision of inviting her over while my parents were gone. I acknowledge that this was completely my fault. I thought I had planned everything out and that nothing would go wrong. We weren’t doing anything sexual. We just played some Mario Kart and chilled in my room. Well my mother came home earlier than expected and popped off on my girlfriend and called her a whore and such. She thought we were having sex and told my girlfriend that she was never allowed in the house again and then told me after she left that I shouldn’t be “with a little whore”. My girlfriend was crying and felt terrible as did I and still do. I don’t know if I should try and convince my mother to let me stay with her but still have limits.

I was finally happy and thought things were going well but I’m stuck on what to do. She isn’t a distraction as my grades are very good and I’ve been accepted to multiple colleges already.

    Forget about it!
Just about every teenager has gotten caught by their parents with someone at the wrong time.
Making out in the backseat of car. That’s life!

Mothers often think {no girl} is good enough for their sons.
Just like fathers believe no boy good enough for their daughters.
It’s no wonder why there is so much animosity between the genders later in life.
Everyone is brainwashed into believing the other gender is no good! (For 18+ years of their life)

You’re never going to feel free or adult-like until you move out of your parent’s home.
For most teens that means going away to college, joining the military, or finding a job that pays enough for your own place.

Your options are to either sneak around together or wait until one you has an alternative place to spend time.
You’re in your senior year and if the two of you are going away to different colleges the relationship is over.
Even if you were staying in the same town most people don’t find their “soulmate” at age 17 or 18.
