I think you should end with him.
Obviously, he doesn’t know what he wants, he is acting like a immature boy. One day he wants you, then he is running from you, and then again he want to get back together with you? Is that seems okay to you? I don’t say he doesn’t likes you, just he doesn’t know what he wants.
You need to have little respect for yourself, if that guy doesn’t appreciate you, you should move on, find someone who will. Show him that you can do better and that you don’t need him. Iif he really likes you, he will realise that you are worth it and that nothing else matters.
And if not, he doesnt deserve you.

A relationship cannot work if its one sided, it takes 2 people to make a successful relationship. I struggled with this for my ex and ultimately I decided that it wasn’t worth it he didn’t treat me well and i was unhappy. Do your gut tells you
