    Should I just move on?

So I met this guy about 2 weeks ago. He liked me so he asked me out, etc. I didn’t think it was a good idea so I kinda cancelled it but then realized how much I liked him. So I texted the next day apologizing for the mixed signals and that I actually did like him. It was an awkward few days but we talked it over. We both decided we would be friends first and build upon that. I know he still likes me by the way he acts. We haven’t spoken in a few days because we both have midterms for our college courses and wanted to focus on studying. I added him on Facebook request a few hours ago, he hasn’t accepted. Also, he likes face to face communication, doesn’t like texting a lot. I texted him yesterday by saying hey and didn’t know if I’d see hims so I went on to express my feelings a little and told him he was an amazing person…he replied, “lol thanks”. I get that he may want things to go slow but that seem a little rude. I think I should just move on even if he does have feelings for me.
