The Short Version: Making a dating site becomes effortless — even for beginners — when you have professional tech support. SkaDate provides dating software so you don’t have to start from scratch. With unlimited templates, custom features, and marketing help, this site has the tools and expertise to get your site up and running. From a two-person team, Emil Sarnogoev has steadily grown his business to build, launch, and maintain over 20,000 websites over the past decade.

So, you’ve got a revolutionary idea for a dating site. Let’s say it’s for singles who love Skittles. Taste the rainbow of love! Fantastic. But the problem is you don’t have any experience in coding or web design. You’ve never built a site before. So, what do you do? Let all those Skittles-loving singles fend for themselves?

Don’t lose hope. You can always turn to a professional service to set up the software for you, turning your ideas into a streamlined and beautiful website.

SkaDate specializes in top-notch dating software and mobile dating app scripts. CEO and founder Emil Sarnogoev has over a decade of experience catering to the needs of online dating entrepreneurs. Whatever your vision is, this company can supply the proper tools to get it done.

Combining functionality with simplicity, the end product comes with unencrypted source code, premium templates, installation, upgrades, and customer support. You can also make your site mobile, if you want. SkaDate’s customized solutions are flexible and reliable.

“We’ve helped up to 10,000 small customers and a few hundred big customers,” Emil said. All told, Emil estimates SkaDate has assisted in the launch of about 20,000 websites.

Emil’s Journey From a Two-Person Team to CEO of SkaDate

Like his customers, Emil began his business venture because he wanted to create a website for singles. “I was a computer science graduate when I decided to start a dating site with a friend,” he told us. When this site failed to take off, he and a friend came up with another way to generate revenue. “We decided to just sell the code of our website to other people,” he said. “And, surprisingly, it had high demand.”

Soon the pair began customizing the functionality of each website, making useful features for customers with a wide range of objectives. This was 15 years ago, when it was just two guys doing all the coding and design.

From humble beginnings, Emil Sarnogoev founded SkaDate as a software solution for online dating.

Today, Emil is the CEO of a fully staffed company focused on start-to-finish website creation for the online dating market.

In the early days of SkaDate, he was heavily involved in everything in the company, training salespeople using his own limited experience. Emil’s approach was learning by doing.

“It was a bumpy road, of course, but finally we were able to train our team. We were able to deliver a good product that people were actually happy buying,” he said.

With great trust in his team, Emil can now focus on more executive tasks of prioritizing, managing, and innovating solutions for customers. He’s in charge of the big picture, coming up with new projects and opportunities for the future of the company.

“These days my work is all about reading, listening, and talking. That’s what I’m doing. It’s far from doing computer science,” he joked.

The SkaDate Team Works Closely with Customers to Foster Success

SkaDate has no shortage of talent in its team. In our talk, Emil highlighted a few hard-working leaders making the company run smoothly.

With a background in television as a producer, Zima Filippov began as a blogger but soon grew his role with the company. He leads the marketing team and is described as Emil’s right hand. “He’s talking to customers all day long,” Emil explained, “and he’s also prioritizing the development of SkaDate. He knows how the product and our customers are doing, and he decides what we’re building next.”

Hired as a junior developer, Den Juikov began working for SkaDate at age 19.

Den Juikov was a student when Emil hired him to work part-time as a junior developer. Den quickly fell in love with his job. He’s now COO of SkaDate, handling all the operational aspects of the company.

He takes feedback from the team and leads strategically and effectively.

“His job is to make sure that everyone is happy, and we have the process moving,” Emil said.

Most of SkaDate’s work comes down to talking to customers and making sure they’re satisfied with the product. When creating a dating site for a customer, the in-house team taps into its experience to make valuable recommendations.

Some fortunate entrepreneurs have seen great success thanks to SkaDate’s assistance. “A few years ago,” Emil recalled, “we had a new guy who bought the software. He had a niche idea for a dating site — and he earned half a million dollars within four weeks.”

From Start to Finish, SkaDate Helps You Build Your Dating Website

To provide excellent service, the SkaDate team asks customers to fill out an in-depth questionnaire that delves into the individuals particular goals and expectations. The team wants to have a feel for every customer’s knowledge base, domain name, hosting services, and other relevant details.

“When we set up your website, it actually takes 15 minutes to install the software but it can take a few days to get all the information we want from a customer,” Emil said

After establishing what the customer needs, the team starts customizing. On top of its standard coding, the team can add an array of special features such as matchmaking, messaging, location-based searches, integrated Google Maps, and a profiles list.

SkaDate is fully supported in English with additional languages available through third-party packages.

SkaDate has found that simply handing over the proper software isn’t always enough. Some people are new to the business and need more hand-holding. Customers come with questions, and the team has answers.

Whether the customer wants keyword research or a mobile application design, SkaDate offers valuable recommendations and services to get them on track.

“We decided to create more content that can be easily found on our blog,” Emil explained, “sharing resources that help users get a clue on how to get their site up and running.”

Besides building the nuts and bolts of the site, people need a lot of assistance to get started. SkaDate’s CEO encourages customers to get into an active dialogue with the customer support team to narrow down what’s needed. The team has plenty of experience explaining what the product is and what it can (and can’t) do.

“It’s always a good idea to talk to our sales team before you buy anything,” he said.

Customers Enjoy Lifetime Access to a Variety of Professional Templates

With the Premium Access package, customers receive lifetime access to all SkaDate’s templates, enjoying an enormous selection of design options. All it takes is a single fee; there’s no additional cost for future templates.

Whether you’re building a traditional or a niche dating site, these templates give you the flexibility to change and adapt the site as needed. “Many people just want to experiment and figure it out down the road,” Emil observed. “We’ve seen some good examples of it working.”

To keep up with the latest trends and shifting demand, a professional design team comes out with new templates every few months.

SkaDate Can Turn Your Website into a Mobile Application

Once the software is all set up, customers can move on to create a mobile application through SkaDate. As online dating expands to be increasingly mobile, Emil grows the company’s services to meet this demand so that his customers can stay competitive.

“Decidedly, we are most proud of our newer mobile applications that people buy from us,” he said. “We help customers customize them and submit them to the app store.”

Removing the hassle and confusion, SkaDate takes care of all technical issues involved in creating a useful mobile product. To teach those new to this area, SkaDate has a resource of administrative tutorials that answer common questions about how to configure the site to any mobile device.

An example of how SkaDate's mobile applications look

SkaDate can quickly turn a dating site into a dating app with customized features and functionality.

“Our mobile application is a powerhouse that lets you do almost everything,” Emil said. “If you want to customize the way the messaging works or you want to create your own pricing plans, you can do it in the admin areas.”

With the assistance of the support team, customers get the mobile version of their website up and running in no time. Emil says that the longest part of the process is dealing with the app store’s management team.

“It actually takes two or three days to configure the application, but it takes about two weeks to have it approved by the store,” he said.

The Final Touch: Marketing the Website Through Keyword Research

It’s not enough to have a website — you have to market it properly to grow traffic and reach your targeted audience. An effective way to attract people to your site is through search engines. SkaDate knows how to optimize the language and configuration of the site to be properly indexed and ranked.

“When people have some kind of idea what they want to do, we try to help them. The first thing to do in that case is conduct keyword research,” Emil said.

Even after the site is running smoothly, there’s more work to be done to add profiles. Optimizing the website for keywords and making the site more search-engine friendly, SkaDate positions the website for success. For customers who aren’t tech-savvy, this company has the tools and experience to point people in the right direction.

An Affordable Product for an Innovative Customer

SkaDate’s customer base isn’t typically well-funded with endless seed money. Clients don’t have huge resources at their disposal. “They’re enthusiasts who want to try out an idea,” Emil said.

From small “what if” ideas come big business ventures that often require a big budget. SkaDate’s payment plans aim to be cost-efficient for those with limited means and grand ambitions.

“It would be wrong for people to spend all their budget on technology,” he said. “That’s why we keep our prices not as big as they could be — because we know that people will need more budget when they really start realizing what they are doing.”

From desktop to mobile, SkaDate features are affordably priced to suit an economical customer base.

A custom website solution, SkaDate accommodates all kinds of new business ideas and strategies. Its basic code is flexible to various needs, which includes budget restraints.

“People are experimenting,” Emil says. “So we’re trying to figure out what people want. We’re trying to create flexible technology solutions to create the best product for everybody.”

SkaDate Makes a Professional and Customized Dating Site For You

Even if you’re a technological dunce, you can create a place for Skittles-lovers everywhere to connect and flirt. With tech support from SkaDate, many dating site dreams become reality.

To help your budding website grow, Emil’s team works to provide an affordable and functional software solution. The expertise of this team supports customers as they configure, market, and monetize their ideal dating site.

“Our message, what we’re always trying to convey, is that we’re just a workhorse,” he said. “We’ve been doing our job for 12 years, and we’re always trying to do it better.”
