It depends what you want to do with her. If it’s about love, commitment and companionship and you are an honorable person, let them raise their eyebrows all they want.
This is your life and you are too old to live for someone else’s rules.
If, on the other hand, you are using your wisdom to extract sex from a younger woman whom you have no intention of marrying, then eyebrows should raise and furrow at you.
