Reader Question:

I think she has a crush on me. I sent her a message on Facebook that said I never got a chance to meet and fully introduce myself. She ignored it. I sent another a week later and still ignored. I’m guessing she is shy because around others she’s social and participates in class.

I got her number from my friend who gave it to me because I mentioned I am having trouble.

What should I do next? I feel like I can reconcile maybe?

Dr. Wendy Walsh’s Answer:

Try to say hello in person. If you don’t get a warm response, then you know the rule, three strikes and you’re out. Move on.
