Looking to reach out to Match.com about a customer issue, question, or concern? You have three straightforward options to get in touch.

Serving more than 50 countries and with millions of active members, Match is one of the largest dating sites and apps in the world. Its parent company Match Group has numerous offices across the globe and thousands of employees working on marketing, design, development, and customer service.

Just because Match is huge doesn’t mean it’s hard to contact the team. Actually, Match provides multiple ways to reach out to customer service, billing, press, and legal departments. Whether you prefer to call, email, or write, here’s how you can connect with Match.com.

By Phone: 1-800-92-MATCH (926-2824)

Match’s main customer service number is super easy to remember because the last five numbers spell out Match. You can call 1-800-92-MATCH during business hours Monday through Friday and expect a timely response.

An alternative number is 1-214-576-9352. If you’re a member of the media or want to reach someone from Match’s public relations team, you’ll call 1-214-265-3039.

By Mail: 8750 N Central Expy Suite 1400. Dallas, TX 75231

Match is headquartered in Dallas, so that’s where you’ll want to send any letters. However, just like Match would tell you, please do not send any checks or cash in the mail. We don’t want your money to get stolen, and Match doesn’t accept payments this way anyway.

The letters you send to Match should be limited to success stories, complaints, suggestions, or things like that.

For media or privacy policy inquires, you’ll send mail to: P.O. Box 25472 Dallas, TX 75225.

Mail isn’t the fastest way to reach the Match team (they call it snail mail for a reason), but it can be a good way to get someone’s attention and provide feedback. I know some former Match users even send engagement announcements or Christmas cards as a way of saying thank you.

Match Group proudly shares its love stories and loves to hear from former users who have achieved their happily-ever-after with us.

By Email: Customercare@support.match.com

The main email to use for tasks like password recovery, site feature assistance, or membership cancellation is customercare@support.match.com. You’ll typically get a response within 24 hours (I tested it myself and heard back in 18 hours).

You can use Privacy@Match.com if you want more information about the privacy policy or want to receive a physical copy of the policy.

Match also has a contact form for general questions and feedback. In addition, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, you can chat with a customer support representative live. Just Click Contact Us on this page.

Once again, Match has different contact information for its PR team. You can reach them via PR@Match.com. With all of the emails and contact forms in general, you should expect to see a response within 48 hours. For some, you might receive an automatic response acknowledging that Match received your email.

No Matter Where, When, or How — Match Has Your Back

We expect that Match is only going to grow as the years go on. After all, it’s the most established and reputable dating site — having been founded in 1995 and being responsible for the most romantic connections.

The team at Match is always ready to hear from you. Whether you have a concern or just want to share something nice, feel free to get in touch by emailing, sending a letter, or making a phone call. It’s easy to connect, and the team is eager to assist with any requests.
