The Short Version: Over the last 20 years, Hilary Silver has mastered the dating coaching world and helped countless women find their voice and reclaim their happiness. The Ready for Love program imparts important life lessons and self-actualizing insights to a community of true love seekers. Hilary has drawn from her experience and training as a psychotherapist to create a personal growth curriculum that can inspire single women to reach their full potential.

Hilary Silver said she decided to become a psychotherapist once she had reached a state of harmony in her own heart and mind. She had worked through her insecurities and overcome self-sabotaging habits, and she wanted to help others do the same.

In her private therapy practice, Hilary worked with singles and couples from many different backgrounds. She helped guide her clients through the inner work they needed to do before they could achieve larger life goals. Over time, she said she saw how important self-worth was to success and happiness, particularly when it came to personal relationships.

Hilary Silver is a masterful dating coach for women seeking personal growth.

“My real gift is understanding relationships,” Hilary said. “Our relationship with ourselves can get in the way of being able to connect with others.”

Hilary decided to take her insights to a larger audience by closing her therapy practice and opening an online coaching business. Her curriculum included dynamic exercises, homework, journal prompts, and meditations, and it focused on helping single women grow into the best version of themselves.

Now 20 years later, Hilary mentors women on a hero’s journey to strengthen their self-worth and manifest a life full of love and happiness.

“I want to help other women overcome the same inner obstacles that I’ve overcome,” she said. “What you’re getting is a rock-solid unshakable relationship with yourself. So you’re going to be OK no matter what. When you learn that, you’re not afraid of letting love into your life.”

Guided Personal Growth Work in a VIP Community

Ready for Love is a 10-week group program that caters to straight women who are serious about improving themselves and finding love. Hilary told us her VIP clients tend to be highly successful and intelligent professionals. These women are at the top of their professions, and they want to achieve a similar pinnacle in their personal lives.

Participants in the Ready for Love program have access to impactful coursework, a journal, and one-on-one coaching sessions. They also gather every week for a virtual group call where individuals can share what’s going on in their lives and learn from the guidance the coaches give to their peers.

“It’s a very healing experience,” Hilary told us. “Women can listen to each other and learn that they’re not alone, they do belong, and what they’re going through is normal.”

In addition to the group calls, the coaches work with clients individually on personal growth work that can encompass everything from confidence issues to dating profile assistance.

Ready for Love provides coaching and support to women facing personal challenges.

The Ready for Love program aims to tackle the root issues behind love blocks. Its lessons give single women the tools to put themselves first and effectively end toxic dating patterns.

At the end of the 10 weeks, the women come away with many takeaways and a loving community to support them as they continue their journey.

“Our VIP women are in with us for life because they get to keep the materials and be part of our community of elite graduates,” Hilary said. “They arrange happy hours and travel to see each other. They are fierce advocates for one another.”

Ready for Love offers a comprehensive and high-level experience for elite professionals. However, Hilary doesn’t want the program’s price tag to stop its message from reaching women from all walks of life. So she has created an empowerment journal with daily prompts to encourage women to do self-work on their own.

As long as women are willing to put in the work, they can improve their relationships and make progress toward their personal goals by following Hilary’s guided programs.

The Life-Changing Programs Boast a 99% Success Rate

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic brought unique challenges and concerns to singles in the dating world. But it also prompted some introspective individuals to work on themselves and their relationships. As a result, Hilary said her coaching business increased 10 fold during the lockdowns of 2020.

“Women were working from home and realized in the quietness that they were covering over pain by keeping busy,” Hilary said. “And they were finally ready to do something about it.”

Hilary said she saw many serious love seekers date with new purpose during the pandemic. Her clients came to her with a clear vision for what they wanted and deserved, and her guidance helped them achieve their dream relationship despite the challenging circumstances.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hilary got word of six engagements and seven weddings in the Ready for Love community. She said even more women bought houses or moved in with their significant others.

“When I’m reading these comments and announcements in the group, I get teary and feel bursting with joy and happiness,” Hilary said. “I celebrate. I literally squeal with delight when I hear these things.”

Hilary Silver has seen countless breakthroughs and success stories over the last 20 years.

Of course, weddings and engagements aren’t the only manifestation of success in Hilary’s book. She has seen women thrive in a variety of ways that extend beyond the dating scene. Some female entrepreneurs take their new self-confident attitude into the business world and make financial gains.

Tsena wrote in a testimonial that the Ready for Love program helped her visualize a five-year plan to get married, retire early, and travel more. She started dating a man not long after her graduation from the program, and they’re currently engaged and planning a 10-day trip to Canada.

“I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to your team for turning my life around,” she said. “It changed my entire attitude and behavior about myself and the men I was dating.”

By learning to love themselves first, women who graduate from the Ready for Love program are in a good position to crush their goals and go wherever they want in life. That new emboldened lifestyle naturally leads them to healthier relationships, thriving careers, and lasting happiness.

“What I really teach is that it’s not just about the guy. He’s the cherry on top,” Hilary said. “We have a 99% success rate because women leave feeling good about themselves and knowing they’ll be OK. Finding love is the bonus.”

Hilary Silver Brings an Unstoppable Mindset to All Aspects of Life

Hilary developed the Ready for Love program to inspire women to change their lives by first changing their attitudes, patterns, and negative beliefs. Its impactful lessons have resonated with people who are looking for answers and support. Hilary uses neural pathway training and peer-to-peer support to put single women on a path toward personal growth, so they are ready to accept love when it comes to them.

In June 2021, Hilary plans to launch a self-help program geared toward women who want to develop their entrepreneurial skills and bring a winning attitude into the business world. The new program will use similar trainings, modules, and journaling exercises as the love program, but its content will be geared toward more professional than personal goals.

Looking ahead, Hilary said her main goal is to continue sharing important life lessons and core values with as many women as possible.

“I left my brick-and-mortar business to become one of the most successful coaches in the business,” Hilary said. “I want to share that unstoppableness with women.”
