The Short Version: The stress of everyday life can bring a person down and cause them to feel lost, alone, scared, or confused. But deep inside ourselves, we know exactly who we are and what we want, and we have the power to attain any goal if we put our minds to it. Certified Life Coach and Hypnotist Deni Abbie helps people harness the power of their subconscious so they can do just that. Her mission is to assist singles and couples who want to change their lives. She relies on a combination of positive encouragement, hypnosis, and neuro-linguistic programming to influence people’s hearts and minds and prepare them to reach their goals in a short period of time. Over the years, Deni has helped heartbroken singles move on to more fulfilling relationships, and she’s helped embittered couples resolve their disagreements. No matter what challenge you’re facing, Deni can offer a solution that gets to the root of the matter.

After earning her degree in communication and public relations, Deni Abbie started her career working in corporate America. She felt right at home in the business world and was successful from the start. However, the travel demands at her work were ultimately a dealbreaker for her, and she quit her job so she could focus on raising her two children.

Deni Abbie is an inspirational figure for singles and couples in search of happiness.

Then her life took an unexpected turn. After 26 years of marriage, she and her husband filed for divorce. Deni found herself set adrift and looking to restart her career after years out of the workforce. “I needed to rediscover who I was as an individual,” she said. “The process was emotionally very difficult.”

During this time of upheaval, Deni discovered her calling in life, which was life coaching. She became certified as a life coach and hypnotherapist because she wanted to make sure nobody else had to struggle with emotional issues alone. She began taking on clients who were recently divorced or going through a major life transition, and she applied hypnosis techniques to help them reach their potential.

Deni developed the Positive Outcome Suggestion Technique (POST) to empower individuals to achieve their goals, including finding a partner, losing weight, or rebuilding their self-confidence. Today, she educates her clients on the power of positive self-talk and how fixing your beliefs can do wonders for your life.

“I wanted to help them understand how to handle loss, heal from heartbreak, and start over again in a new era of dating,” she said. “I knew I would have a compassionate and empathetic heart for anyone going through this experience.”

Using a Combination of Coaching, Hypnotherapy & Neurolinguistics

Deni soon found that by combining coaching, hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), she could help people more quickly than she could when she only offered one-on-one coaching. She firmly believes in the power of the subconscious mind to positively change someone’s life.

“Hypnotherapy and NLP are incredible tools,” she said, “that tap straight into the subconscious mind where the work needs to be done to see fast successful results”

Clients typically see Deni for weekly sessions where the life coach identifies the mental blocks that are holding people back from living the kind of life they want. She then applies the principles of hypnotherapy to remove those blocks and inspire her clients to accomplish their goals. She compared the process to using speed dial because she has seen that working with the subconscious yields faster results than typical therapy does.

Deni offers comprehensive dating and relationship coaching as well as hypnotherapy programs.

Deni’s clients usually see positive results within 6-12 sessions. They receive a nightly MP3 file to reinforce the goal they want to reach and the state of mind they need to do it. With a can-do spirit, Deni works with clients on a conscious and subconscious level, leading them to insights on how they feel about themselves and how their inner thoughts and desires affect their daily lives.

“People start to feel better very quickly,” she said. “Even after the first session. It is fast and effective creating successful life changes.”

Countering Misconceptions About Hypnosis & the Subconscious

When most people think of hypnosis, they think of some guy swinging a watch back and forth and saying, “You are getting sleepy,” but that’s not what a professional hypnotist does at all. Deni told us modern hypnosis is more about relaxation than manipulation. Her goal is to guide clients into a state of mind where they feel completely at peace.

“Hypnosis is not mind control at all,” she said. “It is helping someone achieve a desired result in a relaxed or meditative state.”

During eye-opening sessions, Deni leads her clients to reach a deep level of concentration wherein they shut out the distractions of daily life and become more at one with themselves.

When a person is properly hypnotized, the conscious mind slips into a serenely peaceful state. The person focuses all their energy on a single thought or object, letting go of everything else, and that can be an enlightening and transformational experience.

“When you are in this state of mind, you are more open to making the changes you want to make,” Deni said. “It takes 21 days to change a habit, so it is with repetition that I help my clients achieve the changes they desire.”

Deni runs a six-week program called Body Mind Transformation to show people what they can accomplish through deep meditation. The program focuses on mental, emotional, and physical changes with the goal of helping participants lose weight, eat healthier, and become more fit. “The key to success with this program is we focus on the body and mind to make crucial changes,” Deni explained. “I provide clients with nightly recordings, weekly one-on-one coaching, and hypnotherapy and NLP to encourage good habits. It’s a lifestyle change.”

Testimonials From Clients Who’ve Found Healing & Happiness

Deni has made a career out of building people up and healing their hearts and minds. She puts her clients on a positive path, encouraging them to let go of their emotional baggage so they can make the most of their lives.

One woman who came to Deni for help was successful in her career but a disaster in her relationships. She picked the wrong man every time. Her first marriage was to a narcissist, and her second was to a sociopath. When she started seeing Deni, she was dating a man who was emotionally unavailable and unwilling to commit to her. She craved affection and love, but was looking for it in all the wrong places.

“Thank you for helping me gain self-confidence and become a stronger, happier man.” — Dan H., one of Deni’s former clients

Deni worked with the woman for months and slowly helped her see her value and understand her mistakes in the dating scene. Eventually, she was able to let go of her toxic relationships and find a man who treated her right. She’s now in a healthy, happy relationship.

“She found the man of her dreams,” Deni said. “He treats her with love and respect and is the life partner she always dreamed about.”

Many other clients have seen similar transformations after a few weeks or months of working with Deni. Some have shared their stories in glowing testimonials. “We really thought our relationship was over,” said Cindi and Jeff, who give Deni credit for helping them heal their marriage. “We actually have a better relationship now than when we first started dating… thank you so much for bringing us back to our happy place!”

“I love what I do because I would say over 90% of my clients have said to me, ‘I feel like the Lord brought me to you,” Deni said. “I know when they tell me that, I am doing exactly what I was put on this earth to do: Helping people find happiness!”

Deni Believes Success is a State of Mind

After climbing the ladder at a corporation and raising two teenagers, Deni took on a new challenge in her life by starting a career as a trained hypnotherapist, relationship expert, and life coach. Today she lends her insights into the human mind to clients from all walks of life. Her soulful guidance is instrumental to them as they work to change their lives and heal their hearts.

In the coming weeks, Deni will launch another life-changing program called “Creating a Beautiful Next Chapter.” This 8-12 week program will reach out in support of people dealing with a broken heart or grieving from a loss. “The healing process can start once you release the past,” she said. “We then focus on building self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-love.”

Deni has walked that path of transformation before, and so she is uniquely suited to guiding others on their journey to a whole and healthy heart. It may take weeks or months of work, but she can get singles feeling better about themselves and their future by tapping into the deepest reaches of their minds.

“I believe our mind is very powerful,” she said. “What we think and how we speak and what we believe is very important to our overall outcome.”
