We ended up at a pizza place that was across the street from Florida State University’s campus. It was packed with rowdy students, and we had the pleasure of seeing the wild side of Tallanasty.
Tallahassee is the home of the state Capitol where politicians conduct serious business, but it’s also a small college town where students learn by day and party by night. The Level 8 Lounge is an upscale rooftop bar on the eighth floor of Hotel Duval. Happy hour starts every day promptly at 4 p.m. and runs until 7 p.m. The bar itself stays open until midnight or later.
