It’s a daydream of mine to take a romantic getaway to a snowy destination where I imagine a flurry of beautiful and heartwarming moments await.

Going to Québec’s Tremblant is like stepping into a dream. During the cold season, it’s a winter wonderland for couples looking to ski together and escape the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. After a day on the slopes, you and your significant other can take refuge at a fine dining establishment with sweeping mountain views.

The municipality of Mont-Treblant is full of romantic spots to visit with someone special, so we’ve named the mountain village a top dating destination in Canada.

“The village, with its lights, shops, restaurants, and outdoor fireplaces, is a dating activity on its own,” said Adviser Annick Marseille. “The ambiance is set for romance.”

Located within the Laurentian Mountains northwest of Montreal, Tremblant is a perfect skiing destination for couples visiting the Great White North. You can take your pick between 96 trails crisscrossing down the mountainside. Come early to get first go at the fresh powder!
