The Short Version: As a trained scientist with a background in psychology, Samantha Jayne has an instinct for analyzing and understanding people. In 2005, she put those skills to use in the dating industry by launching her own matchmaking service. Over time, Samantha began noticing similar behaviors keeping singles from the committed relationships they deserve, so she began one-on-one coaching to educate them on dating best practices. While she still offers these solo breakthrough sessions, she now delivers several online coaching programs for busy professionals seeking love. From her 21-Day Clean Slate Intensive to her six-week Make Men Commit curriculum, Samantha gives singles the confidence necessary to identify their soul mates and form lasting bonds.
As a scientist, Samantha Jayne was trained to be analytical and observant, but her background in psychology came with a benefit she hadn’t anticipated. When combined with her innate knack for understanding what she calls people’s “behavioral codes,” she was able to gain insight into human compatibility.
One example of this came when Samantha met a man at a networking event. During their initial encounter, she had a feeling he was looking for love, and this was confirmed after running into him several times over the months that followed.
“One day I walked up to him and said, ‘I found you a wife, and I know who she is,’” she said. “Now they’re happily married, have three children, and are living life the way they always wanted.”
Samantha launched her official matchmaking business in 2005, and soon she noticed that having a happy long-term relationship wasn’t just about finding the right match. She encountered many amazing women with enviable careers, lifestyles, and friends, but when it came to love, it just wasn’t happening for them.
As a result, Samantha began offering one-on-one coaching to help women understand their personalities, motivations, and patterns. For Samantha, it’s all about boosting her clients’ confidence so they can make better choices with men.
“I take them on a journey of empowerment, and it’s quite transformational and life-changing,” she said.
Samantha began her coaching career by offering one-on-one sessions to professional women and some men. In her agency’s early days, she also focused on helping singles improve their online dating profiles.
But, as her career took off and she began landing numerous speaking engagements, writing opportunities, and media appearances, Samantha’s time to coach people individually decreased. She still offers some one-on-one breakthrough sessions to solve a dating or relationship conundrum, but she has transitioned to primarily delivering online coaching programs that can reach far more people.
“I’m somebody who loves to make a difference in people’s lives, and this is one of the reasons I’ve moved into the online component of relationship coaching,” she said. “There, I can give them the life tools to feel a sense of confidence and eliminate dating anxiety.”
Her flagship programs, Make Men Commit and Clean Slate, have helped thousands of women become better daters. And, according to Samantha, it’s her honest approach to dating and relationships in both courses that has led so many clients to success.
Women worldwide can sign up for Samantha’s six-week intensive Make Men Commit. The goal of this course is to empower women to be the best version of themselves and learn how to find — and keep — the right mate. Each week has its own module, and Samantha told us the program gives clients a strong experience of what it’s like to work with her one-on-one.
Week one is all about picking the right man. Samantha noted that much of the advice out there puts all men in one box, but a better approach is to identify men’s different personality types. Having this knowledge is like having a crystal ball, she said. For example, some types like to be chased, while some like to do the chasing. Some like to be direct, whereas others like to be playful.
The second week is all about confidence, letting go of your past, and tapping into your vulnerability. When you go through this journey and learn how to be kind to yourself, you’re more likely to make strong, smart choices.
Week three focuses on mistakes that repel men and cause them to pull away, which is a common issue for women, Samantha said. This segment of the program helps women learn how to bring men closer.
The fourth week is about love languages, positive psychology, and positive associations.
“So when he’s not with you and thinks about you, he feels really amazing and he just wants to have you in his life and wants to make sure you’re his before another man takes you away,” she said.
What clients learn in this module completely changes the power dynamic, according to Samantha.
Week five is about attraction and passion, and how to make a man fall and stay in love. The sixth week is about how to get a man to commit and make you his number one priority. Samantha told us by the end women feel more empowered and make better choices with men, transforming their dating experience.
Samantha’s 21-Day Clean Slate Intensive is modeled after her one-on-one work with clients. This program’s goal is to give singles a fresh start in love.
Here, Samantha draws from her scientific background, utilizing techniques from psychology and neuro-linguistic programming. According to Samatha, this helps “rewrite your story so you can start completely fresh and eliminate the things that are holding you back in relationships and any self-sabotage you may not know you’re doing.”
Samantha told us many people are scared to be vulnerable and who they really are when they’re dating. This program gives singles the confidence to be comfortable and confident.
In under a month, enrollees will learn how to eliminate self-doubt, which Samantha said is an essential factor in connecting and growing with a partner.
Samantha has always had a knack for understanding what makes people and relationships tick, and she wants to share that knowledge with others — teaching them how to become their own matchmakers.
“That to me is very powerful,” she said. “It gives them life skills, and it’s something they can do on their own time.”
Her DIY programs show singles how to understand their values and identify the right person, among other things.
Samantha’s plans for the future include the launch of a new podcast, but her mission will also be to help people find their true connections.
“It’s so fulfilling and just feels like my life’s mission,” she said.
