The Short Version: A few years ago, Greta Bereisaite discovered the secrets to what makes men fall head over heels in love with women — and she’s been sharing her insights with liadies ever since. Greta founded a professional coaching business under the name the Ladies Relationship Coach because she’s on a mission to encourage women to bring out the best in men and get what they want from their relationships. She gives singles straightforward dating advice in one-on-one coaching sessions as well as blog posts, YouTube videos, and a self-help ebook. Thanks to Greta’s tips and tricks, hundreds of women have felt more confident in themselves and their ability to get that dream man to commit.//
When you’re just trying to get by and taking life one day at a time, it can be easy to lose track of what really matters in life. However, Greta Bereisaite said she remembers each and every day how important it is to live a life of no regrets and do everything you can to make a difference.
She learned that lesson from her big sister, who was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer in 2015 and felt full of regrets about how she had lived her life to that point. Greta’s sister swore that when she got healthy she would change everything and put her own happiness first. However, she passed away a day after Greta’s birthday in March 2017 and never got to have that second chance. “This is what motivates me every day,” Greta said. “I think the worst thing is, on your deathbed, to have regrets about your life.”
Now Greta lives her best life by coaching single women on the ways of love and offering practical dating guidance in YouTube videos, blog posts, and books. She told us she’s always been interested in relationships and personal development, so coaching is the perfect career for her.
Greta calls herself the Ladies Relationship Coach because her focus in on showing women how they should be treated by suitors and boyfriends and encouraging them to set high standards for their love lives.
“My coaching style is really down to earth,” she told us. “I’m like a best friend guiding you on what to do to get in a good relationship. I break down what’s going wrong and how to fix it.”
The Ladies Relationship runs personalized coaching sessions coaching girls how to become high-value and have fulfilling relationships. Greta said it is very difficult to become a woman of high value it takes a lot of discipline within yourself, patience, self-control and personal growth. She can empathize with women because in the past she was not this way either.
In her 20s, Greta made a lot of dating mistakes, but she told us she learned from every bad experience until she finally figured out how to get what she wanted out of her relationships. Soon she had men treating her like a queen.
Whenever her friends told her she was lucky to have a boyfriend who was so attentive and caring, Greta would answer, “It’s not him, hun — it’s me. He is treating me how I’m letting him treat me.”
Greta was eager to help others turn their love lives around, too, so she began giving advice to her friends and family. What inspired her to start her dating coaching business, she explained, was her best friend’s sister, who was a doormat in all her relationships and was losing hope that she’d ever find happiness with her current boyfriend.
“She was acting as a total doormat,” Greta said. Being needy, controlling, possessive, jealous, insecure, not having any goals in life, just putting him on a pedestal and doing everything for him. Greta said, “So I started coaching her to change everything she was doing, and her relationship got better and better.” Six months later, Greta got a text — it was a picture of an engagement ring along with a big thank you from the happy woman.
The next day, Greta posted her first advice video on YouTube. “I just thought, ‘That’s it. I’m doing this,'” she said. Today, she coaches women all over the world via WhatsApp and continually promotes positive dating advice on her YouTube channel.
“All of us women were brought up in a similar way,” she said. “Or instincts as women are the same — we all like caring, sharing, nurturing, talking about our emotions, simply because we are females so my methods really work for women in the US, UK, the Middle East, and most countries.”
Have you ever had a guy tell you, “I’m not looking for a girlfriend” or “I’m not boyfriend material,” and he winds up in a committed relationship a few weeks or months later? Annoying, right? A situation like that can make a single girl question her dating habits, and, according to Greta, maybe they should. She maintains that guys test the women they’re interested in before making a serious commitment.
If she passes the test, suddenly he is looking for a girlfriend after all. Greta’s book “Ways Men Test Women” is a revealing read for women who are tired of being neglected and rejected by guys. The book uses real-life examples to show readers that being ghosted isn’t a part of life — it’s a symptom of not passing your potential partner’s tests.
“If a man is looking for a serious relationship, he’ll give you tests to see what kind of girl you are and if you are relationship material,” Greta explained. “If you pass, you turn the tables, and he will fall deeper in love with you.”
Greta’s book outlines exactly how women can pass these crucial tests and get in a phenomenal relationship as a result. By controlling your emotions and knowing your value, you can actually get better dating results, and Greta can show you the way.
“The advice she gives in this book is spot-on,” J. Chin wrote in an Amazon review. “She really knows men and tells it like it is… I love her straightforward approach.”

Her determination, work ethic, and intuition has made her an influential dating coach with hundreds of followers all over the world. Looking to the future, Greta said she hopes to grow her online presence and empower women everywhere to know their value and improve their relationships.
“I coach girls on how to be a woman of high value,” Greta said. “What that means is you put yourself first, you make yourself happy, you control your emotions (that is the most important) and you let guys pursue you.”
