The Short Version: For singles ready for something real, Vegas Valley Introductions saves time in the dating world with boutique-style matchmaking and dating coaching services. Patti Novak, the firm’s Founder, and her daughter, Jessica, work closely with clients to take the stress out of finding that someone special. These professional matchmakers draw from decades of experience to pick compatible dates, give actionable dating advice, and put singles on the path to lifelong love. Since 2001, Patti’s personality-based matching and honest feedback has set daters up for success and led to hundreds of happy marriages. Vegas Valley Introductions, a family-run matchmaking business, offers a personal touch to streamline the dating experience and prepare clients to enter a committed relationship.

A few years ago, Eric was a successful entrepreneur in Las Vegas, Nevada, but he longed for more out of life. He hired a local matchmaker named Patti Novak in hopes that she could find him a date with long-term potential. When she paired him up with Jennifer, a single firefighter, the couple hit it off.

As their relationship got serious, Eric returned to Patti for further guidance. She coached him on how to reassure Jennifer of his love. That Christmas, he took the matchmaker’s advice and gave Jennifer a piece of jewelry as a token of his heartfelt admiration and commitment.

Three years later, Jennifer and Eric are happily married and celebrating the birth of their first son. “That’s a story that’s very close to my heart,” Patti told us in our talk with her.

In 2013, Patti moved from New York and set up her matchmaking firm in Las Vegas.

Since 2001, Patti has run her own boutique matchmaking business, Vegas Valley IntroductionsGet Over Yourself! How to Get Real, Get Serious, and Get Ready to Find True Love,” offers her straightforward perspective on the do’s and don’ts of dating.

“Matchmaking is just a knee-jerk reaction for me,” she said. “As a boutique matchmaker, one of the things I do differently is tell my clients when they’ve done something wrong. That feedback is important because you can’t fix what you don’t know.”

A Mother-Daughter Duo With a No-Nonsense Approach to Dating

Since she was 12, Patti has had a knack for matching up couples. She paired her brother up for a school dance and was voted “The Next Ann Landers” by her eighth grade class. As an adult, while working for a weight-loss center, she expanded on her talent for boosting a person’s confidence and using her emotional intelligence to see what people need.

“I’ve been matching people my whole life,” she told us. “My brother and his wife have been married 34 years. I suppose that’d be my official first marriage as a matchmaker.”

In 2001, Patti followed her passion and made matchmaking her full-time career. Through decades of experience, she learned to follow her gut instincts in matching singles and developed a signature style of giving tough love with a smile. She prides herself on telling it like it is to help her clients improve.

Jessica Novak has worked in the matchmaking business at her mother’s side for over 10 years.

Her daughter, Jessica, started working for the matchmaking company at age 19 and took to it immediately. “Her approach is softer than mine. She’s more poised,” Patti said with motherly pride. “As she’s grown, she’s learned to speak her mind. She’s sensitive and with great instincts.”

New Vegas Valley Introductions clients undergo a two-step screening process (on the phone and then in person) to establish their preferences, dating history, and life goals. Patti goes in-depth with her interviews, taking as long as two hours to get to know the client on a personal level. If matchmaking is the right fit for that individual, she draws on her time-tested instincts to arrange compatible dates.

Her boutique-style matchmaking gives singles with privacy concerns the opportunity to scope for dates without compromising themselves on dating websites. Plus, the ability to screen dates before you meet saves valuable time.

Keeping in close contact throughout the matching process, Patti gives pointed feedback to her clients so each date is a learning experience. She’s not afraid to dole out some tough love if she sees behavior that needs correcting.

“I try to deliver the love before the tough,” she told us. “Then they actually hear me. My father always taught me: it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.”

Additional Coaching Services Blend Experience & Intuition

As a dating coach, matchmaker, and wing woman, Patti’s objective remains the same: to connect her client in a committed, loving relationship. She uses a combination of methods and services to reach that goal. Sometimes her dating coaching is what’s needed to get the client’s interpersonal skills up to par. Other times, a tailored wardrobe can give a shy dater the confidence boost he or she needs.

Her additional services give adult singles more options to improve their love lives through professional advice, support, and consultation.

1. Online Dating Coaching: Expert Help With Profile Setup & Message Responses

Patti knows her way around a dating site and can help her clients date online more efficiently and safely. As part of her online dating coaching, she assists with setting up the dating profile and fielding messages on the client’s preferred dating site.

By lending her experience to online daters, Patti improves their chances of attracting a hot date in a medium that not everyone feels comfortable navigating.

“I can walk people through the processes of online dating. You have to be careful with it and know what you’re doing,” she said. “I’d say a good 70% of my clients have tried internet dating before they come to me, and for most of them, it was disastrous — or they wouldn’t be walking into my office.”

After a few messages, Patti recommends meeting in person to avoid false chemistry on the web. You don’t really know if the attraction is there until you meet, after all.

2. Fashionista: Personal Shoppers Improve Your Dating Wardrobe

Patti and her daughter want to help singles attract a date, and sometimes that means tweaking their client’s look. The Novaks will take some clients on shopping trips to add more stylish and fitted outfits to their closets. In other cases, they’ll employ a hair or makeup tutorial personalized to the individual.

“Using common sense and cutting through the layers to get to the core of who your are — and making you laugh while she does — are Patti’s signature techniques.” — Vegas Valley Introductions website

Vegas Valley Introductions’ Fashionista service brings out the beauty in men and women so they feel confident and prepared to go on a date. “When you look good, you feel good,” Patti explained. “It’s about being ready, mind, body, and soul.”

3. Wing Matching: Clients Handpick Their Dates & Patti Does the Legwork

Sometimes clients feel very strongly about what they want. If they have a specific vision of what their perfect match looks like, Patti encourages them to choose dates for themselves in a more organic setting. Through her wing matching service, she approaches date prospects chosen by her client.

She lets her client choose the venue, typically a bar, restaurant, or club, and together they scan for potential matches. The process is empowering for daters. They point to a person, and Patti makes the introduction. “I have to trust my gut with quick pre-screens,” she said. “I do everything I can do to keep it as safe and effective as possible.”

The exercise often provides a valuable learning experience to selective daters who are more visual. She doesn’t offer this rare service to everyone, and it typically comes in conjunction with traditional matchmaking services. “I probably do it once a month because it’s so timely,” the matchmaker said, “usually taking place during a happy hour.”

Over 16 Years of Heartwarming Success Stories

As a matchmaker, Patti’s greatest successes come from bringing lifelong joy and love to her clients. The Vegas Valley Introductions testimonials page is filled with people sharing their personal journeys to confident dating and loving relationships.

On the night of her engagement, one former client wrote to Patti: “I could not ask for a more caring man or a better life partner, and I would never have met him if I hadn’t taken a risk and trusted you.”

“Thank you so much for bringing him into my life. There aren’t enough words to express the joy you brought to our lives.” — a former Vegas Valley Introductions client

Patti told us she’s served daters of all ages and backgrounds. Lloyd was 92 when he came driving up to Patti’s office in a sports car in search of one last love. Vegas Valley Introductions connected him with Louise, an 80-year-old widower, and the couple spent four years together before Lloyd’s passing. Louise fondly recalled him playing piano to help her fall asleep and sending her on a cruise during his knee surgery so she wouldn’t have to take care of him.

Such touching stories remind Patti why she changed careers to become a matchmaker — to make a lasting impact on the lives of others. “Don’t say no out of fear,” she said passionately. “Do what you’re good at.”

Vegas Valley Introductions gives clients the resources they need to attract a serious relationship using professional matchmaking and dating coaching services.

For busy professionals, like Eric and Jessica, Vegas Valley Introductions can provide an easy way for daters to meet that one true love as well as benefit from valuable dating advice to keep the relationship strong throughout the years.

“When you’re a matchmaker, you have to care about people,” she said. “And people are where it’s at for me.”
