Erik prepares his clients to confidently approach women and attract dates no matter where they go. Whether you want to meet people on a dating site or get phone numbers at a bar, Erik can help you get fast results by using dating strategies rooted in integrity and respect.//
Erik Lothbrok’s journey to become a national dating authority started with a broken heart. In his early 20s, he went through a bad breakup and felt desperate to get his ex back. “I’d do anything to get her back,” he recalled. “So I went online and typed in, ‘how to get your ex back.'” And he promptly fell down the endless rabbit hole of dating advice on the internet.
Growing up, Erik had played sports, partied with friends, and generally had no issues in the dating scene, but he still felt he could learn more about attraction, women, and courtship. He read and watched everything he could find about dating. Over time, he began applying what he’d learned in his day-to-day life, and he saw immediate results.
Erik put a lot of energy into building his dating knowledge and honing his interpersonal skills, and he strengthened his relationships as a result. “Women have been my best teachers by far,” he said. “Every woman I’ve interacted with, whether they were just friends, lovers, or both, touched my life and has helped shape and mold me.”
After years of studying the dating scene and experimenting with different strategies, Erik had become a dating expert in his own right.
In September 2014, he started his own company, which he called Coast to Coast Dating Coach, to give single men the resources they need to make real and lasting connections with women in any setting. He gives his coaching clients actionable advice on making a good impression, keeping the conversation flowing, and attracting someone with intent and authenticity.
“What I felt was lacking in this field, particularly for men, was integrity,” Erik said. “Dating coaching, for me, is about integrity, respect, and results.”
Clients turn to dating coaching for all sorts of reasons. Some are newly divorced and need someone to help them create an online dating profile. Some are young singles who hope to gain the confidence to approach women in a variety of social settings. Some have a social anxiety disorder and want to learn how to navigate dating situations. Erik can help men with a variety of dating issues, including building authentic connections, making a strong first impression, initiating intimacy, overcoming limiting beliefs, handling rejection, and setting achievable goals.
Erik said he has seen clients as young as 18 and as old as 70. He told us some clients work with him for just a few months, while others have continued to reach out to him for dating tune-ups throughout the years. He offers himself as a resource for his clients, and he will happily meet them in person in Chicago or travel to another city or state for a coaching session. He also offers phone and video call coaching.
Because Erik only takes on a few clients at a time, he can focus his attention on their dating attitudes and challenges during one-on-one coaching sessions. He makes an effort to get to know his clients and gauge their dating skills so he can help them reach their goals. He will even accompany his clients on a night on the town and be their personal wingman as they try to meet women at a bar, party, or any other type of social event.
Erik teaches his clients how to approach women in all types of settings, so they won’t shy away from striking up a conversation with someone at the grocery store or at the club.
“In-person coaching is one part interaction and one part informational. I give them a good foundation for socializing with people,” Erik said. “Each client has different goals. Some don’t want to go out to the bars; they just want to approach a woman they see at gas station or festival.”
Whether you’re looking to perfect your online dating profile or receive feedback on your conversational style, you can trust Erik to provide forthright and compassionate guidance based on years of experience.
Erik is in the business of changing lives, and he has seen many inspirational journeys throughout his career. He told us he has seen clients start out feeling hopeless about their chances of finding love and then they steadily grew more confident and successful as the months passed. Some men have completely turned their love lives around within a short period of time.
One client told Erik that the work they did on his dating profile helped him attract the love of his life. About a year after hiring Erik as his personal dating coach, the man got engaged to a woman who shared his values. He’s now a happily married man with a young child.
Erik said he loves hearing about his former clients getting married and starting families because he feels invested in their long-term success. “I bond with each client so closely,” he said. “Every client to me is special. Their goals and their stories are unique.”
“We aim to produce change in as little time as possible… all of our strategies are rooted in respect, honesty, and authenticity.” — Coast to Coast Dating Coach
One 24-year-old virgin had tried other dating coaching services before, but he hadn’t gotten the results he wanted. He had followed instructions to approach as many women as possible, going out to bars and chatting up dozens upon dozens of people, but he’d never gotten a single woman’s phone number. He had also sent thousands of messages on dating websites, and yet only received a handful of responses, none of which led to irl dates. He turned to Erik looking for another strategy, and the Coast to Coast Dating Coach soon set him on a more constructive path.
Within six months, the 24-year-old had gone on multiple dates and lost his virginity. A year later, he was in a relationship. He followed Erik’s dating advice to the letter, and his dating life benefited for it.
“When a guy hands me money and trusts me to handle his love life, dating life, or sex life, I feel that is a sacred transaction,” Erik said. “This is something that strikes at the core of who we are as humans. Interacting with one another is one of the most important things we do on this planet, so I take that so seriously.”
In his 20s, Erik realized that dating was a skill, and he dedicated himself to mastering that skill through years of study and practice. Today, he offers other singles the chance to avoid common dating pitfalls and get the results they want — whether that’s a short-term date or a long-term relationship — by understanding the nuances of attraction.
Erik told us his goal from the outset was to start a coaching company that he could feel proud of. He built his business with integrity, and it has grown through word of mouth from coast to coast. Many single men have trusted Erik to tell them what they’re doing wrong in the dating scene and advise them on how to get it right.
The Coast to Coast Dating Coach has many success stories to its name and has become an undeniably positive influence on modern single men. Now Erik has the opportunity to expand his services and reach a broader audience through seminars or online workshops, but he said he’s in no hurry. He’s not the sort of dating coach who hopes to take over the world — he’s satisfied right where he’s at.
“I do have the drive, the know-how, and the skill to really build up my brand,” Erik said. “It’s just a matter of how far I want to take it. Right now, I’m happy working with the clients I’m working with, and I’m just focusing on enjoying my life.”
