Erik Lothbrok’s journey to become a national dating authority started with a broken heart. In his early 20s, he went through a bad breakup and felt desperate to get his ex back. “I’d do anything to get her back,” he recalled. “So I went online and typed in, ‘how to get your ex back.'” And he promptly fell down the endless rabbit hole of dating advice on the internet.

Growing up, Erik had played sports, partied with friends, and generally had no issues in the dating scene, but he still felt he could learn more about attraction, women, and courtship. He read and watched everything he could find about dating. Over time, he began applying what he’d learned in his day-to-day life, and he saw immediate results.
