Reader Question:

I am 48 and I’ve not had any luck with getting any dates when I go on to gay dating sites.

Can you help me?

-Thomas (Indiana)

Brian Rzepczynski’s Answer:

Hi Thomas!

The important thing when you’re on the dating market is to make sure you spread your reach among a variety of dating venues rather than being dependent on any one particular venue.

This way you’ll have more exposure, visibility and options while at the same time enjoying your life and doing things you enjoy.

But increasing the number of dating prospects is only as good as the quality of qualified prospects. You want to make sure the men you meet are aligned with your personal requirements for a partner and relationship.

Position yourself in dating venues that speak to your interests and values to heighten the probability of meeting compatible matches, and make sure your online dating personals ad clearly integrates your requirements so only qualified prospects will respond.

Injecting some humor and creativity within the text of your ad to help you stand out from the crowd can help, as well as adding a professional photo or two that capture you at your best.

Best wishes with your quest!

Dr. Brian
